Full blooming Lilac buds... in October? Beautiful but not normal.

October 25th. Lilac bushes dropped their leaves in September, but the flowers are blooming. Never seen this before.

Today is October 25th, and my Lilac bushes which dropped all of their leaves in September have buds that are blooming full and beautiful Lilac flowers. Yes! I just had knee surgery. Two weeks of insane pain. They slice your leg open, cut your bones to fit the replacement, and sew you up. For two weeks, they give you a regiment of Tramadol (a mild opioid as needed) and two extra strength Tylenol. Icing also helps with pain around the stitched area.

I love the whole Fallout series. Apocalyptic while being humorous at the same time. I tried Fallout 76 in 2019, and it was bad. No NPC's, boring missions, a vacant landscape of nothingness.

This is against our First Amendment rights which protect against government censorship of books, by school officials & library boards because of the ideas they express, violating a students' right to receive information and ideas.

I miss living out there. I've traveled and lived in many places, but living in Olympia, WA, for 6 years was paradise.

I bought a 1926 farmhouse in Omaha, Nebraska, 14 years ago, fixing it up while keeping its original look. My backyard I've left mostly wild, shaded by giant 100 year old trees. I've noticed my trees looking more parched and leaves yellowing and dropping much earlier. We're in a 10-year drought. 🥺

I looked into it, and apparently, the Gestapo and SS were obsessively meticulous with their record keeping. Basically, they were far more competent than Trumps administration. Allied forces recovered tons of these documents and records, which were vital evidence at the Nuremberg trials.

Agreed. I live in Red State, Nebraska, and I don't even see any more giant pickups with Trump/American flags. His first term, they were everywhere. Not anymore. Perhaps we're seeing a new form of (TDS) Trump Detatchment Syndrome.
