Dude check out Sonic Roboblast 2 Kart, it doesn't have the ridiculous weapons but it does let you use literally anyone you want which is pretty cool

It's rare that a game completely grips me like this one did. Barely left my couch my whole weekend, and only reason I'm not playing right now is work. I can't glaze this game enough

Donkey Kong Bananza is legitimately a masterpiece and the best 3D platformer I've ever played. Takes all the best aspects of Odyessy and BotW, and even sprinkles a little Octo Expansion design in there, creating something unique and unforgettable. Easiest 10/10 of my life

When working with disabled kids, I got a kid to go from being completely nonverbal to the point the parents assumed he'd have to use sign his whole life to speaking and being able to participate in class over the course of a few months

Not indie, but on the more obscure side, Sonic the Fighters has a fantastic community and is so much fun

You're one of the best parts of that era! If anything, the great people like you that I met during that time are the silver lining of the whole situation
