I think all they gave was a standard "All of our distributed product were unaffected by these thefts" which is hard to take at face value. It didn't help that the story broke well after Fusion Strike was the current set. Maybe some stores kept track of their case opening ratios?

Iirc there was that situation where people were stealing high rarity cards off the Pokemon TCG Fusion Strike production line and it resulted in people believing that the set had its high rarity cards shorted (Uncomfirmed of course). Can't think of anything else atm.

Safe to say, I won prerelease today.

Two months later.

141 hours in.

I've beaten it.

Donkey Kong Bananza is second only to Donkey Kong Country 2. But Donkey Kong Country 2 is retroactively an even better game BECAUSE Donkey Kong Bananza exists.

I'll have way more (spoiler-filled) thoughts in the days, weeks, and months ahead...

Finished the overhaul on the spray booth and have the lighting installed too! Can't wait to give it a test run soon.
