You can help safeguard the 'Handala' and its crew as they sail to Gaza - NOW. World governments have failed to uphold international law. They have failed Palestinians. They have let humanity down. Our findings show that while many patients speak positively about the treatment they receive at specialist centres, too many face unacceptable delays in diagnosis, unequal access to specialist care, and a lack of research investment.
