Went back to F45 after two weeks of being sick… I have not felt this level of soreness and exhaustion in a while 🫩🫠😫

I don’t know if it’s just me, but I feel like your own sickness or that of someone close to you is sadly a really good catalyst to reevaluate how high on your list of priorities taking care of your health is. Whoever needs to hear this, prioritize you and your family’s health over everything else.

Random thought: if you have health insurance that covers it, make sure you’re getting your annual physical and associated blood work done every year. Especially men, who are notorious about not seeing doctors regularly. Preventative medicine is the real MVP for taking care of your health.

Volunteering has always been my passion. After my trial-by-fire experience preparing 2019 tax returns during lockdown, and returning as a preparer in 2021 and 2022, this year I served as a greeter for my fourth year volunteering with the IRS VITA program.
