Yeah, much more nuanced strategy, and probably a lot more helpful in late stages. I like it!

I’ve done something similar before, where each player does some very algorithmic min/max type of strategy, just to see how they fair against a real player.

Can confirm it’s really helpful!

Not surprisingly, it's not the same answer I had, but it works! I do think with enough development, I could have plenty of puzzles with unique solutions too.

Hopefully I can get it worked out enough to put into a game I'm developing!

I like this one because, unlike others I've tried my hand at, this one can be more logically worked out as opposed to trial & error.

I'm kind of envisioning a circuit board that you're trying to repair, where electricity flows from one end to the other or something along those lines. Still vague.

Came up with another kinda interesting #puzzle!

GOAL
Connect all boxes into a single group by drawing lines between them.

RULES
1. The number on each box shows how many lines connect to it.
2. Lines cannot go diagonal.

I hate to say it because I hate writing rules down 🫠

I hate to say it, but writing your game’s rules out early (nothing pretty, just getting them down) really helps to show just how complicated the design is.
