I use ChatGPT almost daily, and I refuse to have it draft my emails, social media posts, and writing. That's NOT what AI should be used for. People need to be responsible users. Unfortunately, I'm not confident most people are.

There's plenty of unoccupied land in Saudi (IIRC from when I lived there in the 90s, I'm sure there's been growth since then), the only hurdle is the water thing, but I don't doubt the Saudis/Aramco Digital (they have *digital* now!?!) will find a way.
