I adore Triangle Strategy. Just be aware... lots of dialogue. But the story and options... it's a fantastic adventure.

Thanks to the "Big Beautiful Bill" I'm getting a sizable tax refund. I worked a ton of overtime, and BBB added that tax credit. I will be donating PBS, NPR, and other groups because that is where I want my money going. I'm absolutely taking that credit. The less money ICE has, the better.

Is it okay if I *rationalize* my big game purchases by thinking "it's also an investment?" I mean, I don't buy them FOR that. I'm just trying to make it sound not ridiculous that I'm spending as much on old games as... it really is kinda ridiculous.

A big problem I have with it is that people don't even go to reviews anymore. They just check out the aggregate scores. There's value in reading/watching actual serious critical reviews to determine if something is worth your time. Maybe what they don't like is something you personally enjoy.

Seriously, the game has like 100s of doors that lead to dead-end rooms. Why? At best, that's just poor level design. At worst, it's intentionally cruel. Even the first game had better dungeon design.

Day 3 - Worst Final Fantasy. I'm gonna stick to the mainline games I've played, and I don't think it'll surprise many that I'm going with Final Fantasy II. It really comes down to the awkward leveling system and maps. It has some great music and tried to tell a bigger story, but the dungeons suck.
