I was sent this regarding MA’s position regarding #SWFC. It quite long but a good read.

As much as we hated him as an Owner, you have to look at why he wants a football club. Its to get the marketing and exposure for his brands. So he comes in and buys a club favourites to go down to league

I will never understand why we changed formation and system for that second half of the season when we knew it wouldn’t work, and didn’t at the start of the seasom

I think multiple things are true.
DM would have kept us up if not sacked.
DM couldn’t have saved us from the Xisco start.
DR didn’t improve us second season, just spread the losses.
DR has the potential to manage clubs in regular European competition.

I think we have seen more variety in offense. But we are probably worse than ever defending them. Not helped by having no real “first contact” type players in the entire squad, but yeah, not a successful appointment on a stats basis.

Defo embargoes, that’s the one on metric which we know will be in positive figures…unlike points

Yeah I think we have so many “second” centre backs, we haven’t had a leading CB in a while, and players like Iorfa aren’t the leaders we need back there, they need to be focussing on themselves and not organising

I’ve read that from a few actually (I didn’t watch the game and the highlights are woefully light)

Mad isn’t it. A couple of days ago I was still seeing Yorkshire live articles about how Leeds might line up against us! Terrible control of socials. It’s still a bit too quiet over here on the football front, I miss old twitter, not X.

Even if we manage no sales, every day without additions kills us more. It was clear yesterday we had no one to change the game when it wasn’t going well. And a few times passes were delayed as they ldidnt have confidence in the person who would receive it.
