Sounds so hard! As a child I was fussy and still am when it comes to fruit or bits in my pasta etc. I lived on fish fingers and homemade chips for years. Luckily I can blend the veg in now to eat it!

We are in a rut too! I often adapt meals my youngest so we can have flavour but she loves just plain rice and chicken or typical kid food like pizza or chicken dippers 🤣 fajita’s are a good one because the baby just has his plain and he enjoys making it himself 😊
