This piece is about trying / failing to break assumptions.

Each person is living a life filled with all sorts of good and bad and exciting and horrifying experiences. If I just go by their buns and their outfits, I'll never learn anything interesting.

It’s particularly unpleasant for me since I’m allergic to everything (but more specifically, sesame seeds)

I decided it was silly to hide my face. The people I’m trying to hide from would recognize me anyway.
