The USPS wins again. It suspended informed delivery bc I submitted a change of address. They mailed a letter to my, and I cannot stress this enough, OLD ADDRESS to provide an access code to restore notifications. I go online to enter the code and have to confirm my CURRENT ADDRESS.

Not to bag on the USPS but what is the POINT of leaving a forwarding address if they’re STILL delivering mail to the condo.

It helps that it’s just me and I don’t have to contend with anyone else in the house for what stays and what gets dumped.

Don’t get toooooo excited, once I finished packing my boxes my methods for packing the rest of the house can politely be attributed to a feral raccoon and I’ve already started a “things to do next time” list. But thank you! I tried REALLY HARD to make things better for myself.

The place I moved into is an equivalent size but already had some furniture in it, so I needed to make sure my stuff fit. But yeah not looking forward to the unpacking process, that’s for sure.

Not me man I was on a first name basis with my folks at goodwill by moving day. I filled up at least three blue bins during the packing process, sold soooo many books and movies, had a junk hauler take stuff, and gave away some bulky furniture.

I feel like I forget every time how bad it truly is.

If anyone wants to come help me unpack just enough that we find the feet to my TV, I can handle it after that.
