One of our parents at school has loaned me this by Jenny Pearson and I can't put it down.
Great storytelling and I love the characters. Going to order some for school for our Year 6 to support WW2 topic learning📚
Finished The Countdown Killer at the wekend and cross at myself for reading it so fast!
Perfectly tying up threads from the series... it probably says something about me when out of *everything* that happens it was the funeral in Chapter 79 that was the hardest to read.

First day of half term holidays and although I made it, I have spent the day napping on the sofa and trying not to cough up a lung.
Finished this though. So powerful and unforgettable. I don't know why it has taken me so long to bring it from my TBR pile. 📚
Also happy new vinyl weekend to me.
Sunshine, music and pottering about with the kids=perfect.
Sometimes you just need to be back with old friends.
Felt like this weekend was the right time to read this and be back with Max, Harbinder but especially Ruth and Nelson @ellygriffiths

This only arrived on Thursday's release day and I promised myself I would savour it.

I have read this as J is reading it as Book of the Month at sch and we are doing it together.
Michael Morpurgo never fails in his storytelling to capture emotions and those emotions spill out of my eyes. A beautiful, beautiful story.

Not sure playing this is leading to a chill Sunday before back to school and work.
There have been tears and an alliance formed. Turns out that a cute Grogu theme does not mean less Monopoly drama!
I have just finished this and loved being back in Lake Pristine. This gorgeous story seems effortless...just pure joy to be with the characters that I was effortlessly all in with from Chapter 1. An addictive read that had my heart!
