just take a hyphen and make two of them--like that--and your computer often autocorrects.

Just finished Kay Chronister's THE BOG WIFE. Melancholy, lovely ecogothic/folk-horror novel about a dysfunctional family navigating their collective griefs & figuring out a new way to relate to each other and the land. #posthumanism #Gothic #ecocriticism

Thanks to #horrorreads I've added @pseudopod.org to my podcast rotation. Listened to episode 980 featuring Nesters by @siobhancarroll.bsky.social and loved it! @leannareneehieber.bsky.social killed it as the voice talent as well ;)

Thank you SO much! @pseudopod.org is one of my very favorite hosts, and I was so honored to bring @siobhancarroll.bsky.social's devastatingly beautiful "Nesters" to life! So appreciate your kind words!

Research travels mean I'm late to share this wonderful news, but I'm so excited that Pseudopod's podcast version of "Nesters" is out! I've been looking forward to this one. Thanks Leanna for your wonderful voice work!

I'm so glad you liked it!

Re: movie - I actually have at least one story in the works that's set in the same universe, but it needs to get itself written. (gah!)

Love, Death and Robots Volume 4 Review - IGN Love, Death and Robots Volume 4 continues to innovate and surprise, with great short films to be found in its wide variety of episodes.

SO4 of LOVE, DEATH & ROBOTS is live today on #Netflix! I'm delighted to see that Emily Dean's adaptation of "FOR HE CAN CREEP" has been getting some love from reviewers. Enjoy!

An amazing horror novel. I describe it as a magic realist Narcos.

issues may in fact be doing you a disservice by trapping you in a situation in which your books are not properly looked after and therefore don't have a chance in hell of succeeding.

I see that Cemetery Dance is trending for being late with royalties and shitty to authors. I was around when Chizine went down in flames for similar reasons and let me remind authors that 1) a legit press does not do you a favor by publishing you 2) a press that is having severe money and systemic

A screenshot from Tumblr user omnybus, saying, I think what I love most about mythology is that the "Trickster God/Spirit" is an archetypical character found in almost every body of folklore. It's like "Oh, here's our God of the Sun, our God of the Sea, our God of Fertility, and our God of Being A Wretched Little Gremlin Who Causes Problems On Purpose".

Interior Chinatown TV show is so good! I wasnโ€™t sure how the novel could possibly be adapted, but thanks to Charles Yuโ€™s direct involvement, itโ€™s fantastic. Just recommend the show to a friend last night

I make $20 every six monthsish on the combined streams of all four of my albums on all streaming sites. At Bandcamp I make about $10 every time I sell an album, physical or download. Use Spotify if you want, but if you like living artists making a living, buy something from them where they get paid.

The black and white image captures a moment of joy between a child and a camel in an open field. The child, wearing a dark, long-sleeved dress and a headscarf, stands on the left side, with their mouth open as if laughing. To the right, a large camel sits on the ground with its mouth open, seemingly in a laughing expression as well. The plains around them stretch out under a cloudy sky, with the horizon visible in the distance.
