The one time I've been present as this procedure was perforrmed on a patient, at the bed side in the old Baltimore City Hospital about 1979, it turned out to be a case of normal pressure hydrocephalus. Consciousness was not restored.

I thought we could submit today. But, OPM_FRDOC_0001-4477 seems to have disappeared. However, opm_frdoc_0001-4478 and opm_frdoc_0001-4468 exist, and others where comments are closed also are there. Is anyone else seeing this? #civilservice

I wish that the choice would have appeared that clear to everyone. I fear that the liberal Black woman supporter of a right wing Israeli ethnic cleansing campaign wasn’t an obvious choice for some. They didn’t understand the alternative.
