It lies in the excruciating frustration of fulfilling the deepest and most irrational desire possible: to leave behind the human condition and constraints, to prowl the wild with skilled feet, guided by keen senses, and intimately accompanied by kindred beings. It is more than just the desire to be free, capable, and not alone; it is a primal summons to return to nature, immerse in nature, and become nature.
