My wife and I had the great privilege of visiting the African-American Museum in DC, and let me just tell you if you have not been…It is a masterpiece—go.

For context, the requirement for an HSI (Hispanic-Serving Institutions) is 25%+ Hispanic or Latino undergraduate full-time. There are over 500 HSIs, including many Research 1 institutions. Congressional appropriations for HSIs in 2024 was over $350 million. This will be devastating for many schools.
