A good cautionary read. Over the years, I know many brilliant Indigenous people who have gone through this awful and frustrating experience. Look into it carefully if you are approached to be on an “Advisory Council.” Is it tokenism or is the organisation serious?

I am so glad I caught Prison Playbook before it leaves Netflix. It’s wonderful and touching, a great blend of humour and emotion. The only flaw is the relationship, there really wasn’t any chemistry, but since that wasn’t the focus of the show it didn’t take away too much

3. Trump is practicing Steve Bannon's "flood the zone" approach, and we need to stop falling for it. He will talk about a million things, and see which bait we take, and then double down and double down. We will be exhausted and scratching our heads. That's the strategy. Fatigue the fuck out of us.
