A Reduced workweek of 36 hours โ with no core / mandatory hours on Fridays, giving flexibility to work four 9-hour days with Fridays off or four 8-hour days with half day Fridays.
Firmwide closure the week of July 4th.
Indigenous Peoplesโ Day as a holiday.
More paid parental leave โ up from 12 to 20 weeks, with an additional 36 hours of prenatal or fertility care leave, and 6 weeks of abortion and stillbirth leave.

More bereavement leave โ increased from 5 to 10 days per instance
Elimination of vacation rollover caps and elimination of state-specific carveouts for vacation accrual and usage.
Flex and comp time donโt expire โ and unused comp time is paid out at the end of the calendar year or upon leaving the firm.
Alternate schedules allowed for all, from day 1 of employment.
โจโฐ Reclaiming Our Time โฐ
We cut the 40-hr week to 36 with NO mandatory Friday hours. A firmwide July 4 week closure, Indigenous Peoples' Day holiday, and expansions to parental, bereavement, prenatal, and fertility leave. Creating more space for rest is a concrete step in fighting burnout.

Annual 5% raises and higher salary tier minimums.
Increase in automatic 401K contributions, up to 4.5% automatic contributions.
4% longevity raises every other year after 2 years in position.
Increased yearly education and growth grants -- from $1000 per employee to $1250 per employee.
And a one-time 3% contract ratification bonus.
