We cut the 40-hr week to 36 with NO mandatory Friday hours. A firmwide July 4 week closure, Indigenous Peoples' Day holiday, and expansions to parental, bereavement, prenatal, and fertility leave. Creating more space for rest is a concrete step in fighting burnout.

We secured annual 5% raises (backdated!), higher tier minimums, a 4.5% automatic 401k contribution, and a 3% ratification bonus. Plus: longevity raises every other year + higher EGG grants. Weโ€™re raising the floor AND the ceiling.
