The multi effects is great to figure out what you’ll actually need without breaking the bank. If it’s for guitar and keys my recommendation is definitely a sustain, delay and tremolo. A boost wouldn’t hurt when you need a little extra gain too. Any overdrive is fine.

Chorus, tremolo, delay, overdrives would be your best bet on keys in addition to what you already have. Look up pedal order because that is important to get the best tones. I learned the hard way that a fuzz goes before a compressor (whereas an overdrive goes after) because of impedance.
