It’s the law: Men and women must receive equal pay for equal work.
That means:

⚖️ Work of equal value

If the work’s equal but the pay isn’t – that’s illegal.

🗓️ 2 August 2025 marks 700 days since our mental health social workers dispute began.
📆 81 strike days. 13 weeks of action.
@BarnetCouncil paid agency staff to break the strike.
But the workplace is still unsafe.
