Meet Haolong! A complete, Early Cretaceous Chinese iguanodont with a covering of hedgehog-like spikes (that seem to have a different origin from proto-feathers!?) This one's a pretty jaw dropping find.

Hilton’s writing is very pleasing to read; the words flow easily & are chosen with care, depicting scenes with welcome precision.

Plot points get foreshadowed & every scene builds upon the other in meaningful ways, making active reading a very rewarding experience.

I will say that raw cardboard look always has some sort of charm to it
