What applications should I try? What should I record in the next month? Who should I contact and should projects should I start? Idk so I’ll just practice and change a piece every two minutes, sometimes to something else and sometimes going back to a piece I already practiced for like 2 minutes

ADHD means that you have an idea for like 5 musical projects you could start, 2 languages you should learn, many things to try in the kitchen and many chores at home and because of that you do none of the things, or begin all of them and do like 1% of each :)
It’s like that when it’s bad, at least.

היה לי טוויטר, זנחתי אותו. יש לי חשבון חדש, אני בערך שם. עכשיו אני פה. ובכל אחד תמונת פרופיל אחרת מה שמונע מאנשים זרים שאהבתי בטוויטר לזהות אותי :( הבנתמ את זה עכשיו כשחיפשתי אנשים שמכיר דרך רשימות מעקב של אנשים אחרים וזיהיתי צייצנים רק מתמונת הפרופיל, הכינוי, או שניהם
