Just built my own ergonomic keyboard! The premade ones are way too expensive but I wanted one, so I bought the parts and missing tools, and just built it myself.
First time soldering as well!

Just finished rereading Worm and it's such a good story.
I'm going to go read Ward now, the sequel. I don't expect it to be as good but I really want to see where the world goes.

I've been preparing my first proper presentation for my first job and wow, I almost forgot how much I dislike doing presentations from school.

I had my first actual use for Wireshark.
I intercepted requests from my dad's TV to find out the url of the sketchy IPTV service he bought, that put the IP behind a password.
Now my family can use that service on any device with any IPTV app.

105€ to fix it (60€ for the screen, 45€ for the man hours), I couldn't really get a better tablet for this price but its still annoying.

Ugh, my tablet's screen just broke, the rest of today and probably the next couple of days have been ruined. I hope it isn't too expensive to replace.

I am enjoying NixOS but I wish Python was easier to use.

I've been daily driving NixOS as my operating system for over a month now, it's more annoying to use compared with other OSs but I want to keep using it. It allows me to try different things without worrying too much about what I have installed and it breaking stuff.

I watched The Wild Robot yesterday with my family. I haven't seen a wholesome animated movie like it in a long time, and it was quite enjoyable.

Apparently however many trips happen in at least 2 months.

Found out Raspberry PI had an official reseller in my country with a store nearby, so I went and bought a Zero 2 W to mess around with.
It's my first microcomputer, and I wonder what I'll end up doing with it.

I can now turn on and use my computer from anywhere I want!
I used an old android phone with Tailscale and Termux to turn it on, then I can choose between SSH, RDP, or Sunshine to use it.
Impressive what you can do with relatively little effort.

First thing I modeled was an adapter for the broken tube of my mom's vacuum cleaner. It was nice to be able to help her with it.

I got a 3D printer and spent a whole week printing cool stuff I found online. I also started modeling things myself for problems that have been bothering me for a while. Can't wait to see what else I can make with it!

Just read chapter 37 of "The Everyday Maintenance of Shinozaki-kun", it was really cool and entertaining seeing a day in the coffee shop from a fixed perspective.

Played laser tag outside the other day. It was my first time doing one of these real life shooting activities and it was fun! Altough it was a bit of a shame I couldn't see where my bullets went, I could never be sure if I hit my opponent.

I didn't know that. Its super cool that an indie animated series can be this big!

I've been rewatching the Monogatari series and its as good, weird and unique as I remember. On one side there's the animation and style, on the other there's the toothbrush scene.

I wonder how many times in a row a train has to be late for the train company to just change the schedule?
