I ended up just setting up a Tangled pipeline to auto sync some repos to GH (using a private Spindle because of the ssh keys). It's a good setup.

GPT uses SimPy extensively - it generates code, SimPy executes. I had good successes pairing Claude with Sage through a MCP. it helps me check my work, or brainstorm ideas when I'm stuck (one of the downsides of working alone...).
