Day 3 without nicotine. Had a moment last night, not so much because I wanted to use my vape, but because I spent yesterday trying to work on something but ended up not getting very far, and the irritability completely shot my patience. still not caving tho!

Also, starting Tuesday, Jan 7 at 8pm, I'll begin playing Pokemon: Too Many Types. I'm super excited to play this!

Day 2 No nicotine! Haven't had any issues with headaches, but definitely feeling more irritable. The impulse to mindlessly reach for the vape is the tough thing - having mints and other candies on hand seems to help, though I don't wanna depend on food too much, I gotta give myself some leeway!
