A roughly textured digital pastel painting done in procreate with the 'Epic Pastel' brush set from Ittai Manero, of the back of a muscular man which highlights the anatomy, colour and lighting without getting bogged down in detail.

I am prone to getting bogged down in detail so, although they are digital, I still found the rough nature of these pastel brushes very liberating as they forced me to see the larger forms and shapes.
