Our carer groups give you a chance to connect with others who really get it. Research shows talking with others in similar situations can boost confidence, wellbeing, and emotional resilience. Plus, there's plenty of laughs and new friendships formed.

The group is dementia-inclusive, but you do not need to be caring for someone with dementia to come along. Thursdays from 11am-12.30pm in Stirling Albert Halls.
