I finally broke my first big #FitnessJourney goal. Today I weighed in at 299, which makes my total weight loss so far 60 lbs. Goal is 250, stretch goal is 230.

Well, to paraphrase something a surprisingly wise slacker once told me: Do whatever you feel your current living can comfortably withstand.

He actually told me to do whatever I felt my career can endure, but I think it can apply to more than just workplace politics.
