New Community Paradigms 2.0

I am wondering how coherence might be related to ergodicity as discussed by @opeters.bsky.social. It would seem that different systems would need to explore a variety of parameters, and that a larger system could become a nonergoditic trap. Thinking specifically about redistricting in Texas.

When people say democrats should pick up some republican priority (redistricting, being harsh toward immigrants or poor people or whatever) they don't understand the systems principle of coherence IMO.
