Thanks. :)
Solution can be applied to those marks for sure. Generally both the shortcuts are the same across apps though, and users know them, so it is less necessary IMO.

I talk about computational #openscience communication and science publishing. On the jupyterbook.org & @mystmd.org teams, co-founder of @curvenote.com & @continuous.foundation.
Thanks. :)

Improved site footers, hidden entries and external URLs in table of contents, better UI for in-browser execution plus improved docs and bug-fixes.
In May we hosted a convergence in Banff, Canada. The group gathered to ask better questions of science communication. Not just whatโs broken?โbut what could be?
We surfaced stories, tools, and a hunger for something more open, more connected.

Release notes from the 1.4 release of @mystmd.org - the team made a bunch of improvements on social media links, plugin functionality, and documentation for contributors and developers!

Screen that allows configuration of automated checks on different article kinds within the Curvenote publishing system.
It was great to be getting some improvements to our checks UI into production yesterday! automated checks are run whenever something is submitted from the CLI or GitHub automations, and apply rules to the document structure - now with an improved surface for configuration @curvenote.com

18.03.2025 19:02 โ ๐ 13 ๐ 4 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0If we want more reproducible science, then we have to make science easier to reproduce.
Here is an early demo of a step towards that: Scalable, one-click access to re-run the LIVE code & data behind the study.

We are putting an enormous amount of effort into @mystmd.org at @curvenote.com.
There is also a lot going on behind the scenes on our publishing stack. The Curvenote editor does need some more effort to adopt some of these advances, which we are planning for mid-2025. ๐
There is a signup form for either following along with email updates, giving a presentation on an approach or community, or joining the core working group.

Fair enough. Moved to third!
Only way to submit to our journals/sites at the moment is via API, so seems like a fair qualifier at the moment. :)
Agree that profile needs to add bsky. It is on the list!

Excited to see the @turingway.bsky.social move to Jupyter v2, which is powered by mystmd.org.

The inimitable, formidable James Heaters has gifted us (some of) the contents of his brain in the form of a primer on evaluating rigor in research articles.
And he published it using @curvenote.com so it's versionable and its code is executable - the only way it makes sense to publish in 2025. ๐๐๐
Friends, I have written you a book on forensic metascience.
It is free. You can have it. Happy St. Valentine's Day.
If you wish to give me a gift back, you can use it to cause trouble - the greatest gift of all.
