Thank you Johnny, a thoughtful considered response as expected. For what it’s worth I think the priority point is the crux of it. The ‘public’ are just not an audience HEP’s have the resource to persuade. Creating local allies/advocates by doing all the things you described will serve them well

I continued to be amazing as to how David Beckham’s brand is so strong while at the same time flogging 10’s of different products. There is nothing the man won’t sell (stella, air fryers, walkers crisps, H&M, supplements is not even the half of it) yet he simply is never seen as a sell out
