Also, that’s a hell of a way to make a book recommendation! I’ve had two or three Murakami books on my shelf for a good while, including that one, and haven’t got to them yet. Must try and rectify that soon.

Oh man, yes. I remember hearing Green Grass of Tunnel for the first time and excitedly buying the album but thinking it couldn’t possibly live up to it. Wrong!
