Glenn Walker: In the Room and Beyond - The Peale Discover the art of Glenn Walker in a retrospective at The Peale. The exhibition explores the impact of one of the city’s most provocative artists.

The Peale just opened a retrospective of Baltimore artist Glenn Walker (1927–1988). In 1955, Walker’s painting "In the Room" was pulled after the mayor called it “morally objectionable.” Other artists pulled work in protest. Runs through Oct 12.
