Reliability and Concurrent Validity of a Low-Cost Handgrip Dynamometer: The Camry
This study found that the Camry, a low-cost handgrip dynamometer, is highly reliable, valid, and durable and remains accurate even after many uses.
Just published! We tested a low-cost (40-50$) handgrip dynamometer (Camry) and found it’s super reliable, valid and durable 💪
This could be a game-changer for clinics, schools, and community health programs where budget matters.
