Managed to kill Zulrah for the diary on the UIM today, wooo that grind was pretty hard. The magic level is just a plugin adding in mage pray shown as a level. #osrs

Got sub menu cursor movement and description popups working now! This is fun 😁 lots of stuff you can do with ncurses it's still surprising me. Swapping between c and kotlin for a work project totally messed up my ability to ; though lol

Got more of the menus working, the stats display now works and only displays when stats are selected in the menu. The display also auto handles stat value lengths so everything stays mostly aligned. Dev work is fun on simple projects like this, really liking ncurses.

Started playing around with ncurses cause I was bored, it's pretty interesting, I've never done stuff with c before. Got a map rendering with wasd moving the character and then arrow keys move the menu selection.

Friendly forager + fishing relic is infinite herbs I don't regret that at all.

I kind of regret using my tier 4 relic for dodgy deals instead of golden god cause money has been hard to get as I didn't have asgarnia until my last area so I didn't have rogue outfit.

This is why I like using obsidian it just reads folders and plain markdown text files. Makes it super portable while having a consolidated experience in the UI.

Had some good #mtg pulls on Saturday for pre-release. Kaito and the two omniscience did not help at all tho lol. Still I got the dragon for my dragon edh deck and leyline axe is cool!

The best part is trying to remember if you actually put the key on the ring and having to check it every time anyway, not actually saving any time lol

If you aren't an iron then the obsidian armor is an okay replacement for torso if you don't want to do it, and the obsidian legs have str bonus.

Been playing so much #osrs recently lol. The main is doing wc fletching and fm for those 99s, the uim is slaying for 70 con money and the f2p uim is prepping for dragonslayer now. So much fun!

Final #osrs stats for October. Not too bad considering how much was just afk time after work / the weekend. Unfortunately I don't have the ability to afk during work or it would be so much higher lol. Over halfway done with WC and solid fletching FM progress too.

#mtg foundations is looking so good for both standard and #edh like there's a non human etb get a permanent from your graveyard to hand that's perfect for my kinnan deck. Can't wait for pre-release

Yeah below ice mountain unlocks a lot, good for fishing and cooking and a bit of prayer too. I learned the hard way to do mining first as that unlocks the passives the fastest.

Sounds good! The boss attacks with slash so try to maximize that defence.

Baskets of strawberries heal 30 per slot and there's a strawberry spawn at shazien wall. You should trap the boss such that you can step away and heal and between that and 2 recoils. 26 baskets gives you 830 total HP so if the boss averages under an 8 per hit u can kill with recoils. Max hit is 12

If you have access to recoils those work on the boss. Also strength wouldn't increase your accuracy that would need attack. Amulet of accuracy from imp catcher would probably be better to get any hits in but camping recoils with food probably would work it only has 102 hp

Matching the weaknesses really helps as well on the blood and ice bosses

I use a base model iPad, it's not a huge amount more then the nicer ebook readers especially with the sales this time of year and also has other functionality and better performance.

True, it's hard because the fair infect is kind of just bad aggro and the unfair infect has basically no counterplay as you can't remove the counters unless you play something like leeches

That would help the "fair" infect decks that are just trying to swing creatures but would also help the proliferate decks that only need 1 counter per opponent anyway. The inevitable death if you don't take out that player being faster would not be great.

Isn't rs gold more stable than most coins? Lol

It is a very nice weapon I will say, having one slot with crush and slash handles most monsters. And if you ever have to flinch something to be safe it's much better than other items at the same tier.

Exactly, I've never seen anyone in person or in a video ever play this card and that makes it fun. Especially on arena when they don't read the card press decline and just exile their board lol
