Weekly round up of my work to last Saturday here in Walsall/Aldridge, 53 bags of litter collected, about 12 tags cleaned off, 3 walls & 1 set of boarding up painted up, 5 flytips reported. Busy week been out every day this week, sometimes just an hour or so but got lots done .

Well it's Blue-sky that everyone rushed yo join instead of evil X but in reality all it is is disaffected USA voters going on about trump. No one is interested in UK community work

Weekly round up for my work here in Aldridge/Walsall 24 bags of litter 8 tags removed, 2 walls painted 2 flytips reported and one entrance way weeded and swept. Good week not as busy as last week.

Busy week here 49 bags of litter collected, 10 kiddy scribbles removed, 4 walls painted, 4 flytips reported, and 1 trolley recovered. Really good progress here. Walsall/Aldridge looking fantastic. #litterpicker

I'll use any platform doesn't mean I agree with any owners, I'm apolitical, the problem here is it's US dominated, basically people on one side of the political spectrum. I have tried for months to gain traction here, needs an actual community of litter pickers

People do stop to chat, I wear yellow hi viz lingerie sleeve not orange so as not to be mistaken for council or payback

This messy carpark in Walsall, West Midlands I've cleaned many times it really needs work on a daily basis really. But it gets 2 weekly cleans as I'm so busy here. It also needs a sweep and scrape but when is the issue, no time

Good luck reaching many on this platform, I litter pick, clean off graffiti, clean signs and weed paths here in Walsall. But for all the effort posting one gets little feedback at all. This platform for all the hype is US centric. We can but try here, I'm a 2022 litter volunteer KBT award winner.

16 bags collected today on a long neglected rural lane here in Walsall Wood UK. I must remember to post here I keep forgetting - this is 100m bags this month alone, it sad to see so much litter

January full round up - 163 bags of litter collected, and other work, approximate numbers here, 25+ tags removed, 6 walls painted, 15 flytips reported. Lots done in these vital post Xmas clean ups. But Aldridge & Walsall looks better for it. #litterpicker

Its fantastic to do, the fact its still seen as weird and corny is the problem I'd hoped Bluesky would see more community work like this, opening up a new way to find other cleaning up and doing community work. But it's not sadly
