On here for Tranmere Rovers and football things mainly. Politically I would say I am on the Liberal Left and support the Lib Dems. But I don't talk politics when talking about football.

It's time to scrap it. ๐ฎ
The Govt. must decide what they think is fairer, taxing struggling families or taxing big banks?

Reeves's big problem is that I don't think she is all that popular on the Labour benches so she is likely to get fewer defenders than Rayner got. That said those plotting against Starmer may well want her to deliver an unpopular budget that they can use to hang him with.

But the idea that you carry out a bad idea that will impact people's lives just to be able to say I told you so, is both morally and politically wrong.

If the Government doesn't make that case why should the citizen agree to give up their current freedom to not be expected to have an ID card.

The government has finally given in to our longstanding campaign to improve the quality of military family homes.
Our amendment to the Rentersโ Rights Bill will, require the Ministry of Defence to assess service family housing and report on whether it meets the Decent Homes Standard.

At some point, the government has to pick *one* of these narratives, instead of veering wildly between the two.
Javier Milei had to beg a bail-out and already needs another. Argentina's economy is in a tailspin. Gov't bonds and peso in freefall. People starving, throwing rocks at him.
Farage last year: "He's amazing. It's Thatcherism on steroids. Cutting and slashing expenditure. That's leadership."

Why would they want someone back who does so poorly, whoโs not funny, and who puts the Network in jeopardy by playing 99% positive Democrat GARBAGE.
