Ah, I'm using an Nvidia Shield, which has been great, but I'm also not doing anything too complicated.

IMO, Flow is better than The Wild Robot, but it doesn't have the powerhouse studio budget for the deserved awards push. Also great: The Substance, The Fire Inside, Heretic, A Real Pain, and The Remarkable Life of Ibelin (tissue warning). Didi should also be on the radar, but it seems forgotten.

I remember DOOM 2016's colorblind modes being filters that essentially simulated what different forms of colorblindness looked like, which is the opposite of helpful for people who need that shit to see stuff!

I've enjoyed the relative peace I've found on Mastodon (aka, the Fediverse), free from ads and promoted content, and I was skeptical of this platform, but it looks like this place has a similar type of crowd, but with a vibe that's different than what I've seen there so far.

I'm very much a product of the Xanga, Modblog, forums, and Facebook styles of connecting with smaller communities via longer written posts. As Facebook has drifted then jerked towards TikTok algorithmic feeds full of suggested content from strangers, I've felt adrift online.

And other times I can't quite very my thoughts together, or perhaps I think I'm preaching to the choir, or maybe I'm striving for a perfection that will never come, so instead, I don't say much very often. Also, I've never taken to the Twitter style of posting.

I overthink posting on social media these days—I spend way too long thinking about ideas for posts that I inevitably abandon halfway through. So I end up silently lurking. I'm not ineloquent, but too often I see other people saying basically the same things I would, so it doesn't feel worthwhile.
