This is from yesterday's word count, but I'm so happy I've passed 55K words in this second draft! Less than 2 weeks until book 3 goes to my beta readers!

We are 8 months away from book 3 being published! 😱 I received amazing feedback from alpha readers, I have readers of the previous books reaching out to tell me how excited they are to read this, & I've enjoyed writing this story immensely! Words cannot describe my excitement!

I'm planning in March to announce which story my Rapunzel retelling is blended with, since that's when I'll open ARC sign-ups. I'll also post a full-color piece of art for the FMC then...

I'm excited we're getting closer to the cover reveal! A little over two months to go!

I'm currently at 11K in my second draft. To celebrate passing 10K, here are some tropes you'll find in my Rapunzel retelling!

Planning to write today. Hoping to get to 5K words (currently at 3K). I'm still waiting on feedback from a few alpha readers. (They no there's no rush, I asked for feedback by the end of the month). The feedback I've already received has been amazing! I'm excited to write today!

What I did instead: Gathered copies of Kingdom of Forgotten Curses to sign, pack, and get ready to ship out so they can be included in a book box!

This is why I, personally, am not using only KDP to distribute my books. I've sold 675 books (lifetime paid sales) thru KDP, but I've sold a total of 1300 lifetime, including sales from IngramSpark, ACX (audio), in-person events, my author website, & of course, KDP.
