I started this months ago to better my #MentalHealth and find a positive outlet to reduce my anxiety and depression.
Doing this seeing results and moving forward is helping me
Even as I struggle daily the external is strong but my mind is weak I’m looking for a way to improve both
Just Need to vent
Now I focus on calisthenics & while I do lift weights it’s minimal compared to my past
My progression comes from eating healthy sticking to the pull-up bar & having a set schedule
Most important to me though is that this helps with my Mental Health
Years ago I ran the Ninja Warrior course long before it was Americanized - remember G4TV
I trained with the strongest competitors to run the course but I’ll be honest I had no idea what I was doing
I just lifted weights to look strong but I was weak
“The Doors That Open” - new Medium article to drop today. The YouTube world is something incredible. I just wish I had someone to share it with because right now it feels meaningless.

Watching Silo and wow I am surprised this did not hit my radar til now. And while I’m glad I get to binge it… I’m dealing with an issue which is not what you’d think.
