Maybe some day I'll feel better. Maybe things will turn around. It's possible, sure. Unfortunately I've been digging myself out of a home for so long that I don't know what it's like to be happy. Like genuinely happy, not "for a moment" happy

It's been like this for a while, but hitting very hard today. I know what set it off, I know why I feel the way I feel, and I know I'm doing my best.

Problem is my best hasn't been good enough. It hasn't been for a really long time and I just have to accept that

Feeling very deflated. I know I'm being hard on myself cause I don't feel secure in my current state. I feel like there's a big ass hole in my life that I haven't been able to fill in at least 3 years, but more over since 2016.

I just don't understand it.
