I can't believe in the game a WHOLE year passed from ch. 1 to ch. 2.

The story goes fast but, it doesn't skip mentioning, tho shortly😅 , mc's status. From deeply hated by other members, to being trusted with task and finally to gaining respect of others that aren't the commanders/LIs. #mHwots (20)

Sort of pathetic and hilarious to say but one of the pro of reading the book about Shinsengumi & historical context, and playing the game is that Ik the day of the battle and the hour Choshu launched their attack 😅since the game is a bit vague only starting "August 1864" etc

About my progress in the game, it's taking baby steps.

Common route is long but, I'm also matching what I read and what happens in game. AND its taking a long, the book really loves going off tangent with Ryouma's, Katsu kaishu's, Furidaka's etc life, death, commentary & philosophy... #mHwots (19)

I'm so confused... I don't understand or find info about Starsand Island switch release. They game looks really cozy

I think author was a bit misleading of how crude the Shinsengumi were too.
They were brutal ofc but, the narrative style leads the reader to believe that the other folks back then weren't as brutal.

Aizu's and Tosa's were serious about their bushido and quick to draw their swords too

The fragmented events, screams the needs for a timeline map. The dates are either dismissed or misdirecting. I've read 2 times ikedaya's chapter, it NEVER mentioned it happened in July. Bruh. 😅

About the 3ds port it's fine. Something bothering I think is in the bottom screen. This is subjective btw but the umbrella icon levitating up and down the bottom screen is SO DISTRACTING 😅

Lately I've been re-reading or rather binging webtoons.✨ It's definitely a different experience re-reading the story without waiting months or weeks for the next chapter. Let's me noticed small details that lead the characters to act a certain way.

I'm ranting I'm sorry... I just saw a shoujo manga that has in the title that protagonist is chubby meanwhile in the cover she doesn't look like that at.

It's mildly infuriating.

My issue with media manga/webtoon promoting stories with curvy, dark or plain looking heroins is when the first thing they do is make these girls look like everyone else in the first chapters or end of the story.

It's VERY "she's not like the other girls, and that's need to be fixed" ~ so wtf.

For the following hours or days I won't be posting stuff with pics or gifts...
