I had the hardest time with vector as well, but don’t give up! In my (proven to be fraud) art school, it was the only class I very nearly failed, but in hindsight- it was clearly due to poor teaching. Once it finally clicks, it STAYS, like working puzzle pieces.

I don’t sensor so much as know what my child does and does not enjoy reading. If there are more adult themes than he wants to read, he’ll lose interest and not wish to continue. With a more adventurous plot, he asks for the whole series. I’ve never actually sensored him :)

My son is in this age group and desperate for fantasy dragon books, but boy-howdy do I have to go comb through them first. If it isn’t murder, it’s sex and murder, and while romance and risk of life can absolutely make a story, I can’t tell which books are for older or younger YA. The gap is huge.

They can’t argue its basic function. An artist uses a reference for creativity. AI uses it for a scrambled recreation. It is incapable of creativity- only logic. Whatever creativity we find in AI comes from ourselves, the AI does as it’s programmed.

I used to browse online adult coloring books since I’m creating my own, but since the advent of AI, it’s become so painfully discouraging that I have to limit what I look at.

The likelihood of that many artists with exactly the same style is slim to none. It’s AI. And if it’s AI, it’s stolen.
