It’s interesting watching people put so much blind faith in these tools.

A few of my clients vibe code their early ideas, then hand them off to me to make them actually work and ready for production (secure keys, security checklists, etc).

Great for getting 80% but still need human expertise.

I think, in this specific case, I'm not sure if I expect anything. Part of putting it out there would be to see if there is interest/value to others and learn (via the tinkering) if it's actually viable.

So maybe not an apt justification.

I'm $8 in so far and still not able to send to my own phone.

I'm having a hard time reconciling that I can't actually send SMS messages to my own phone while in trial mode using Twilio.

Like I understand the need for regulation and quality control (I too get so many spam messages), but this seems a bit too nickel and dimey when I just want to send to myself.

One of my favorite artists recently put out an album in collaboration with his friend who unfortunately passed before it was completed. It's incredibly beautiful and full of love while also haunting and heartbreaking.

I'm so grateful for people that put things into the world for the rest of us.
