I hope the other Ivy League universities will stand with Harvard

The lack of resilience at Heathrow is astonishing. Why are there not alternative sources of power? Surely a backup should have been built into the infrastructure.

I am wondering if DT actually knows where the country he calls Congo is? Is he aware there are two Congos? It does seem very unlikely that either of them emptied their prisons across the Atlantic as he asserts

Are we to suppose that Michelle Obama and Karen Pence have gone out to tea together somewhere this afternoon?

Another reminder:

Respiratory infections spread mainly through the air. That’s why they affect the lungs.

Masks, worn correctly and consistently, reduce the spread of respiratory infections.

Respirators work better than masks.

Washing hands isn’t wrong, but it won’t stop airborne transmission.
