I have *genuinely* evolved into someone that can eat just a piece of chocolate at a time. I'm assuming this is the adulting that I've heard so much about. If it is, it's both a let down and a fricking spiritual event.

Perhaps it's through being really curious about ourselves as relationally complex ecosystems, whole and integrated but constantly being rearranged and dependent on so much, that we learn to love and appreciate the relational complexity we exist within.

In small groups, we'll apply a shared gaze to the challenges, enquiries, and possibilities that we meet when we start to move organisations into being more ecological.

Come join these low-cost 'ecological organisations' action enquiry circles, designed so that organisational founders and leaders can work directly with me, the author of Ecological Organisations: A Design Lens, as they start to run experiments within the organisation they're a member of.

It will also be an experiment in bringing ecological enquiry (read more here: annamarieswan.com/ecological-e...), the shared enquiry process I’ve been developing over the last few years, onto paper. (Which may well be impossible!)

I hope this series will be a living invitation to join me in shared enquiry since shared enquiry is one of my favourite ways of being.

Alongside the longer form articles that I post every month or two that I craft with care over many months, these enquiries will be shorter, looser, less crafted explorations of some of the enquiries that I’m currently holding.
