This composition had eluded me for nearly a decade, but yesterday I was finally able to capture it. A train rolled through just as the Duquesne Incline was crossing over the tracks in #Pittsburgh, creating a picture perfect winter scene. It was worth the hours and hours I've waited over the years.

So yeah, if you're represented by a Republican in a district that was carried by less than 20 points, tomorrow would be a good day to call and demand that the ACA subsidies continue.

Paradoxically I haven't been on a single roller coaster this year, but have watched more videos about/on roller coasters than ever.

Mirrors in the bedroom are generally not good feng shui and definitely not across from the bed! I'd recommend some nice art or a photo collage, something that's pleasing to wake up to

These are Celebrations LED Classic which (according to Reddit) are extremely comparable to Tru-Tone. I got this set on sale for $17 but Tru-Tone goes for twice that I think.

We got a cute 4ft xmas tree at Michaels, vintage ornaments at an antique store, and LED C9’s that glow extremely close to the old-fashioned incandescents! David drove us 25 miles to the only Ace Hardware that had one (1) box. But it’s going on our front door & my inner kid is ecstatic

David is telling me to chill out because "They're just lights" and my retort was "YOU DONT UNDER-STRAND"

If you know me, I LOVE #things that light up, but our house-for-rent has an uninspired roofline and a chain link fence around the yard. I’m not sure how to tastefully decorate it for the holidays. I want warm toned lights, not cold LED.
