FEMA Workers Send “Katrina Declaration” To Congress Over 180 workers have signed a document warning of impending disaster due to Trump administration cuts.

Today, FEMA workers issued The Katrina Declaration, decrying how the Trump administration has weakened our nation’s ability to respond to disasters.

FEMA is the fourth agency to have workers craft a document calling out their leadership.
