It has worked out so well! I’m really happy with everything. And my old boss hired a great replacement for me who I actually had coffee with in dc last week.

I love that I have an even better relationship with my old boss now after I tried to quit and ultimately moved to a new dept internally. We were close before but she was still my boss so she couldn’t tell me certain things. We had lunch today and traded gossip and it was the best.
